Gemma Fernee is an experienced in-house lawyer specializing in renewables, energy real estate, and energy trading. Previously, Gemma provided legal counsel at Shell, advising on structured agreements for gas, power, and environmental products, and managed real estate transactions within Shell's UK property portfolio. Prior to that role, Gemma was a solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna, focusing on real estate related to solar and onshore wind farms, and worked at Trowers & Hamlins. Gemma holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and an International Diploma from Sciences Po. Currently, Gemma serves as Senior Counsel and Energy Lead for EMEA at Vantage Data Centers.
