Jack Liao is a Senior Project Manager for APAC, specializing in large-scale, high-tech infrastructure projects, notably data centers and mission-critical environments. With extensive experience managing complex project lifecycles from inception to operational readiness, Jack currently leads the delivery of a hyperscale data center in Taiwan. Past roles include positions at Turner & Townsend and CBRE Asia Pacific, among others, where Jack demonstrated expertise in FIDIC-based contracts and contractor performance oversight. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
