Mélanie Parent

Mélanie Parent, CRIA, is currently the Responsable EHS for North America at Vantage Data Centers, where they focus on health and safety in the workplace. With over 15 years of experience in industrial relations, including roles as a Conseiller en santé et sécurité du travail and a Conseillère syndicale at the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec, they have developed a passion for fostering individual development through training and awareness. Mélanie is pursuing a certificat in Santé et sécurité du travail at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue and holds a Baccalauréat in relations industrielles from the Université de Montréal. They are dedicated to enhancing workplace well-being and safety through empathy, teamwork, and effective communication.
