Ray Arellano

Ray Arellano is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Vantage Data Centers since January 2019, Ray has successfully advanced from the role of Senior IT Support Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating helpdesk support and enhancing system efficiency using Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Office365. Prior to Vantage Data Centers, Ray held positions at ARRIS, Ruckus Wireless, Broadcom, and Cisco Systems, where a strong focus on technical troubleshooting and process improvement was evident. Ray holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Security from Heald College.
