Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Quality & Business Performance at ISG, focusing on strategic quality development in Data Centres. Simon's expertise includes significant roles at Balfour Beatty, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing quality for Southern projects and major rail initiatives like Cross Rail and London Bridge. Simon's career also includes quality assurance management for the Eleclink Channel Tunnel project and quality control management for the CrossRail project, showcasing a strong foundation in quality assurance practices and effective process innovation within the construction industry.
