Simon Casey

Simon Casey is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in the data center and real estate development sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Construction for North America at Vantage Data Centers, Simon manages significant capital expenditures and oversees the development of large-scale data center projects. Previous roles include Vice President of Construction at Vantage, where Simon was responsible for a major portfolio of developments, and Construction Program Director at PGH Wong Engineering, where Simon led growth and profitability efforts. Simon's career also features leadership positions at Centrix Builders, Birmingham Development, Regus, and Jones Lang LaSalle, coupled with a foundation as a Quantity Surveyor. Simon holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, is a LEED AP, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
