Alex Barros

Alex Barros possesses extensive experience in management and technology development, currently serving as the Development and Integration Manager at Vantage Elevator Solutions since February 2021. Prior to this role, Alex held several positions at QAT Global between January 1999 and February 2021, including Director of Brazil Operations, Director of New Technology Development, and Research and Development Manager. Experience at Vale as a Senior Systems Analyst and at Andersen Consulting as a Junior IT Consultant contributed to a solid foundation in IT and systems analysis. Alex's educational background includes a recent program on Accelerating Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a post-graduation in Enterprise Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
