Randy Wilcox possesses extensive leadership experience in the elevator and manufacturing industries, highlighted by a tenure at Otis Elevator Company from 1981 to 2007, where roles included President of the South Asia Pacific Area and President of the Americas. Under Randy Wilcox's leadership, the Americas division generated revenues of $3 billion and managed over 12,000 employees, while the South Asia Pacific Area encompassed 7000 employees across 18 countries. Currently, Randy Wilcox serves as a board member for several companies, including Vantage Elevator Solutions, FarWest Fabricators, and Pacific Mechanical and Electric, and leads R. Wilcox Consulting. Randy Wilcox holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in Business Administration from Cedarville University.
