Stephen Keating is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and product development within the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sterling Medical Devices since October 2021, Stephen focuses on providing engineering services in the medical field. Previously, as Director of R&D and Engineering at Mirion Technologies (Capintec), Inc., Stephen managed a multidisciplinary team responsible for nuclear medicine products. Additional roles include Hardware Engineering Manager at L3 Mobile-Vision, where Stephen directed the design of in-car video systems, and Sr. Director of R&D at Pentax Medical Company, overseeing medical device design from concept to commercialization. Earlier experience includes positions at Pentax and Kay Elemetrics as a project engineer and senior electrical engineer, respectively. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
