Don Hale

Don Hale has extensive experience in the field of technical services and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Services at Vantage Plastics since May 2017, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and emerging technologies. Prior to this role, Don Hale held the position of Director of Operations at Manitowoc Foodservice from July 2003 to February 2016. Don Hale earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University between 1989 and 1993.
