Our value lies under the belief that HR should not be an automated task, a majority of our competitors and clients have turned to using applicant tracking systems (ATS) in hopes of increasing efficiency by pre-screening candidates with software and weeding out unqualified prospects.  This process sometimes will Bias candidates based on gender, background, and even race.  At VPC we take the time to truly understand all applications and their story because we want to leave no stone unturned leading to the discovery of individuals from all walks of life and emphasizing diversity.
