Engagements operate as a defined, case based series of sessions structured around agreed developmental and strategic objectives.

Investment structures differ for privately funded individuals and organisational sponsors, reflecting additional governance and reporting requirements in corporate settings.

I am an ICF Level 2 accredited professional coach. Vantage Proof Coaching operates as a sole trader practice led by me, with access to a network of ICF Level 2 accredited coaches where scale is required. All engagements adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and strict confidentiality standards.
