Athanasios Exarchos

Athanasios Exarchos has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Athanasios started their career at Siemens as an R&D engineer/team leader from 1990 to 1998. Then, they joined Nokia and held various roles, including Senior Project Management Operations manager, Project Manager, Customer Team Head for Telestet & Tellas, Customer Team Head for OTE/Cosmote group, and Head of Sub Region Mediterranean and Black Sea. From 2009 to 2020, they served as the President and Managing Director at Nokia Hellas, where they reshaped the local governance model and initiated strategic projects. Currently, they are the President and Managing Director at Vantage Towers Greece.

Athanasios Exarchos holds a Master Class in Coaching 4 Growth from Inez Consulting, obtained in 2017. In 2016, they also completed Coaching 4 Growth training from the same institution. Additionally, Athanasios holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2001. Athanasios pursued their education in the field of System Design, earning an M.Sc. degree from the University of Manchester in 1988. In 1987, they also completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the same institution. Athanasios has further certifications, including Certified Business Coach from INEZ CONSULTING LIMITED, achieved in 2016, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2001.
