Bernd Schulz

Bernd Schulz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting. Currently serving as Director and Principal Consultant at Action Learning Partners (Pty) Ltd. since January 2016, Bernd focuses on enhancing organizational capabilities and performance through bottom-line oriented development strategies. In addition to this role, Bernd has been a Senior Advisor for Vantage Partners' Sourcing & Supply Management Practice since January 2018 and acts as an Entrepreneurial Facilitator and Business Coach at Aurik Business Accelerator, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Learning & Development at Anglo American, where Bernd led initiatives to develop talent and organizational effectiveness across multiple international markets. Bernd holds various degrees, including a B.A. Honours in Psychology from the University of South Africa and a B.A. Honours-cum laude in Classical Greek & Semitic Languages from the University of Pretoria.
