Mark Gordon

Mark Gordon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in negotiation and conflict management. As Co-Founder and Partner at Vantage Partners, LLC since 1997, Mark provides thought leadership and advisory services to executives in top companies globally. Mark also serves as a Senior Adviser at Harvard Law School's Harvard Negotiation Project since 1984 and contributed to Mercy Corps as a Board Member and Audit Committee member from 2004 to 2021. Previously, Mark co-founded the Conflict Management Group and Conflict Management, Inc., and worked as an Associate Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mark holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Princeton University.
