Vantagespace is an interior fitout and refurbishment company based in Sydney, which commenced its operations over 30 years ago in 1980, formerly trading as Obson Projects.

It was created on the premise that there was, and continues to be, a real need in the market for not only quality fitout and refurbishment solutions, with a strong attention to detail and finishes, but also a specialist team who could deliver and manage the project from end-to-end.

This is what our business is built on. Offering a team with superior skills, experience and commitment, responsible for the delivery of each project, whilst placing our client needs at the very core to maximise the project outcome for our clients.

How may we help you?

We cater to the needs of any business who require interior fitout and refurbishment services who may be setting up new premises, growing an existing one, or are simply refurbishing parts of their space. To this effect, we can provide a complete end-to-end service from understanding your project needs, to post occupancy client care, or provide a competitive quote for any part of the fitout and refurbishment process.

We provide a complete range of interior fitout and refurbishment services that you will need on your path to bringing your ideas to life. We aim to make the entire process as easy as possible guiding you along the way. At the end of this journey, our project team is there for you from the time we handover, ensuring the details are closed out and you are genuinely happy in your new space.

This is what we love to do and we invite you to find out more. So no matter what the scope or size of the project – new fitout, existing refurbishment, expansion, big, small or anything out of the ordinary – we can provide a solution for you.
