Jim Rice

Jim Rice has worked in the IT industry since 2000. Jim began their career at Vitria as a Federal employee, then moved to AmberPoint as a Federal Director in 2002. In 2005, they joined GT Software, Inc. as a Federal Sales Director, where they leveraged their experiences to solve the IT problems and requirements of the Intelligence community, DoD, and Civilian agencies. In 2006, they became the VP Federal at Layer 7 Technologies, then in 2013 they took on the role of API Management, US DoD Accounts, where they provided resources to customers. In 2015, they became an Area Director, Special Projects at Atlantis Computing. In 2016, they took on the role of Special Projects at TVAR Solutions, providing market-leading, innovative, and emerging solutions to solve Federal Government's mission requirements. In 2020, they joined Red Hat as a Veterans Affairs Acct Mgr, and Lightbend, Inc. as a Director, Public Sector Sales. Jim is currently VP of NA at Vantiq, where they create digital systems that enable a smarter business that responds in real time.
