Paula Decker

Paula Decker is currently a Senior People & Organization Specialist at Vantis, where they also held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist earlier this year. With a background in international HR services from DEKRA Arbeit Group, Paula gained experience as a Working Student in Recruiting and Project Management. They have previously contributed as a Student Trainee at Coloplast, a global MedTech company, and completed an internship in HR Leadership Development at Beiersdorf. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration and is pursuing a Master in Management at Nova School of Business and Economics.
