René Geipel

René Geipel is the M&A and Corporate Development Manager at Vantis, where they focus on acquiring portfolio companies to enhance a hybrid care ecosystem that addresses chronic patient needs. Previously, René worked as a Senior M&A/Fundraising Analyst at Clipperton, supporting M&A transactions in the tech sector, and as a Strategy and M&A Consultant at EY-Parthenon, advising private equity clients on financial analyses and due diligence. They also gained experience as a Private Equity Analyst at YIELCO Investments AG. René holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Hochschule Augsburg, has completed a study abroad program in Data Analytics and World Economics at James Cook University Singapore, and has recently studied Public Policy Analysis at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
