Blessin B. is a strategic global finance leader with over 16 years of experience in finance operations and shared service transformation across multinational environments, including GCC regions. Currently, Blessin serves as the Global Manager – Site Finance Lead at Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, overseeing end-to-end finance functions and managing a high-performing global team of 45+ professionals. Previously, Blessin held key roles at Genpact, GUDE Software Solutions, and First American, where they led various finance operations, ensured compliance, and drove process improvements. They hold an MBA in Finance and Financial Management from Bharathiar University and are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
