Tonisha Brown

Tonisha Brown, MAHRM, is a dedicated human resource professional with over four years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a People & Talent Advisor at Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions, Tonisha manages the onboarding of new employees and acts as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries. Previously, Tonisha worked as a Professional Learning Coach at The Lord's Tabernacle Christian Academy and held several positions at Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, where responsibilities included strategic HR leadership and employee relations. Alongside their HR career, Tonisha is passionate about the performing arts, having participated in notable performances, including the role of Strawberry Woman in Gershwin’s *Porgy and Bess* at Hattiloo Theatre in 2022. Tonisha holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from LeMoyne-Owen College.
