Alice Julliart

Alice Julliart is an accomplished Operational Excellence & Production Manager at Baxter International Inc., with a robust background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Having previously served as an Operational Excellence Director at Novasep and managed various projects at Merck Group, Alice developed and implemented continuous improvement programs across multiple sites. Alice earned a PhD in Chemistry from Merck KGaA - T.U. Darmstadt and has trained numerous individuals in Lean Six Sigma skills, fostering a culture of excellence within the organizations they have worked for.
