Dariusz Olma

Dariusz Olma is an Associate Director of Global Supplier Quality at Vantive, bringing extensive experience in supply chain quality management. They previously held roles at Aptiv, including Global Supplier Development & Readiness Manager and Regional Supplier Quality & Development Manager for Europe, where they managed supplier quality teams and led global strategies affecting major automotive clients. Dariusz began their career as an SQE/SQA/APQP Engineer at Isuzu Motors Polska and has also worked as an FQE at Honeywell Aerospace, driving quality improvements and supplier performance. They hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate certification in International Quality Systems from Politechnika Krakowska.
