John Yoo currently serves as the Head of Ethics & Compliance for APAC and Data Privacy Officer for APAC and China at Vantive since July 2025. Previous experience includes positions such as Associate General Counsel of Data Privacy for Asia Pacific at Baxter International Inc. and Executive Director of Legal & Compliance for Asia Pacific at Hillrom. Throughout a distinguished career, John has held various legal roles at Takeda, Shire, Baxalta, and Baxter, focusing on legal responsibilities across multiple regions in Asia. John's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST, a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.A. in History from UCLA.
