Kamil Krawczyk is an FP&A Director with over 15 years of international experience in FP&A, controlling, and business partnering within complex multinational environments, including healthcare and automotive sectors. They have demonstrated expertise in leading cross-regional teams, driving financial strategy and operational excellence, and enhancing business performance through data-driven insights. Kamil has held positions at notable companies such as Vantive, Baxter International Inc., and Mercedes-Benz Polska, where they have focused on budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization. Currently, Kamil leads the Commercial FP&A Center of Expertise across multiple countries, overseeing a team and ensuring best practice implementation. Kamil holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in IFRS in practice.
