Kerrie Dvorak

Kerrie Dvorak is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Vantive since August 2024, Dvorak previously held multiple positions at Groupon from November 2014 to August 2024, culminating in the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Dvorak's earlier experience includes a tenure at GATX as a Senior Analyst in Accounting Policy and Corporate Communications and a Senior Accountant position at Deerfield Capital Management. Dvorak began the career at KPMG as a Senior Associate and gained foundational experience as an Audit Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors. Dvorak holds a Master's Degree in Professional and Technical Writing from DePaul University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
