Mattia D'Alessi is a Biomedical R&D Engineer with experience in the cardiovascular and dialysis fields. They served as an R&D Engineer at LifeTec Group™ from 2018 to 2021, where they contributed to the development of biomedical devices. Additionally, Mattia worked as an Explainer at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia from 2013 to 2015, providing educational experiences for diverse audiences. They completed a visiting student program at Northwestern University in 2016, designing experiments related to post-stroke rehabilitation. Currently, Mattia holds the position of Technical Leader and Product Design Owner in Acute Therapies R&D at Vantive, a role they assumed in 2025 after leading similar initiatives at Baxter International Inc. from 2021 to 2025.
