Nancy Humphrey

Nancy Humphrey is a seasoned Quality & Compliance Lead at Vantive, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they amassed extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs at notable organizations including Baxter International Inc., where they served as Operational Excellence Lead, and Abbott Laboratories, where they contributed as an Associate Scientist in product development. They also co-owned Cruise Holidays from 2005 to 2009, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit. Nancy holds a B.S. from Mississippi State University and has furthered their education at Purdue University.
