Nashely Román

Nashely Román is an expert in Quality Management Systems for drug products and medical devices. They held various roles at Abbott from 2012 to 2015, focusing on quality metrics, CAPA systems, and the implementation of Halal protocols. From 2016 to 2021, Nashely served as the Quality Assurance Head at Industrias Monfel, managing quality systems across multiple branches and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Currently, they are the QMS/Documentation Quality LATAM Leader at Vantive, after providing valuable experience in Quality Management at Baxter International. Nashely earned a Chemical Engineering degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos and a diploma in Pharmaceutical Administration from ITESM.
