Ruth Lochary is a highly experienced senior manager, Scrum master, and Agile coach with a proven track record in leading high-impact projects and multimillion-dollar deployments. At Baxter International, Ruth facilitated the evolution of the SAFe methodology across various teams, earning recognition for establishing an award-winning, high-performance culture. Previously, Ruth directed call center implementation services at CPI Solutions, generating substantial revenue and fostering strong client partnerships. Currently, Ruth serves as the Senior Manager of the Agile Center of Excellence at Vantive, a company dedicated to advancing kidney care therapies.
