Ryan Cupo

Ryan Cupo is currently the UK Operations Lead at Vantive, a position they have held since 2025. Ryan previously worked at Baxter International Inc. from 2014 to 2017, where they served as Workshop Lead and Operational Lead, in addition to working in a back office role. Earlier in their career, Ryan was employed at Wabtec UK from 2004 to 2010 in aftermarket services and as an Assembly Operator.
