Sigrid Bofinger is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Vantive and responsible for excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Previously, Sigrid worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Philips, managing recruitment for various healthtech sites in Germany, and held the position of Human Resources Manager there as well. Sigrid started their career in HR as a Junior Consultant at tmp.Baumgartner Personalberatung and has also gained experience as a student intern at Daimler AG. Sigrid earned a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Nuertingen.
