Simone Zen is currently the Head of Maintenance at Vantive, leading a large maintenance team across two highly automated sites. Previously, Zen held the position of Head of Maintenance at Baxter International Inc. and worked as a Validation Technician and vice shift leader at Gambro. Zen is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITIS "ENEA MATTEI" SONDRIO and is also studying for a Level 2 Maintenance Engineer certification.
