Todd Richardson

Todd Richardson is currently the Area Sales Director - Chronic at Vantive, where they drive results through positive workplace culture and strategic execution. Previously, Todd held various roles at companies such as Baxter International Inc., where they served as a Portfolio Manager for renal products and led sales teams in the acute and chronic therapy markets. Their experience also includes leadership positions at Smiths Medical and Integrated Medical Systems, where they consistently exceeded sales expectations and initiated successful sales strategies. Todd began their career as the Owner/Operator of The Whole Package, successfully growing the business to profitability within two years. They are pursuing an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
