Xuan Cui

Xuan Cui is a seasoned professional currently serving as BU Head at Vantive since 2025. They previously held the position of Senior BU Head for PD Kidney Care at Baxter International Inc. from 2024 to 2025 and led the Gastroenterology Business Unit at Takeda from 2022 to 2024. Between 2012 and 2018, Xuan was the Head of Value Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, and Policy at Sanofi-Aventis, and prior to that, they worked in strategic policy roles at a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Xuan also held positions at Merck Group, heading Market Access and Pricing, and the Fertility Business Unit in China. They are currently pursuing a doctoral degree in medicine at Peking University, where they were previously a research fellow from 2006 to 2011.
