Dave Bither

Dave Bither has a long history of working in engineering roles in the telecommunications industry. Dave began their career in 1997 as the Director of ATM Engineering at Agile Networks. In 1999, they became the Vice President of Engineering and Co-Founder at Crescent Networks, where they were responsible for product definition and specification, as well as leading a 90-person team. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Director of Platform Development at Gluon Networks. In 2006, they began their role as Director of Engineering at Carrier Access, where they were responsible for hardware/software development and QA. Finally, in 2008, they became the Vice President of Engineering and Director of Platform Engineering at Vanu, Inc.

Dave Bither obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson College between 1977 and 1980. Dave then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley between 1980 and 1981.
