Charles Mony is a social entrepreneur, sailor, and explorer with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector across Europe and North America. After selling their company Creaform in 2014, Charles founded Village Monde in 2015, focusing on sustainable poverty alleviation and fair tourism in remote communities. Currently, as the President and Founder of Village Monde and President of Gestek, Charles advises on business strategy and development. Additionally, Charles participated in notable sailing competitions, including a world tour in a catamaran and multiple podium finishes in the Transat Quebec Saint Malo. Charles holds a Ph.D. in Mechanics and Innovation from CentraleSupélec, an Engineering Degree from École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, and a Master's Degree in Product Development from École Centrale Paris.
