Roope Vainio is a skilled project manager specializing in renewable energy, currently overseeing industrial scale solar PV projects at Neova Group with a development focus on over 800 MWp. Prior experience includes managing wind power construction projects at FCG Finnish Consulting Group, contributing to the establishment of the Solar PV business, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring quality in internal processes. Roope Vainio also has a background in proptech, where customer onboarding and R&D for automated HVAC diagnostics were a focus at Nuuka. Earlier roles included research assistance at Gasmet Technologies Oy, validating documentation related to the company’s acquisitions. Roope Vainio holds a Master of Science in Technology from LUT University and an Engineer's degree in Energy and Environmental Technology from JAMK University of Applied Sciences.
