Jon M. is a Lead Verification & Validation Engineer with extensive experience in product development and testing. They previously held roles at Hill-Rom as a Test Engineer, ResMed as a Verification & Validation Engineer, and Baxter International Inc. as a Lead Engineer (Mechanical). Prior to these positions, Jon spent over a decade at BD as an R&D Engineer, where they supported product development through experimental testing and data analysis. Jon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Product Design and Innovation from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
