They oversee offices in The Hague, Amsterdam, Hilversum, and Assen while being commercially and financially responsible for VAPRO's staffing branch. Mourad's mission aligns with VAPRO's vision of developing talent, sharing knowledge, and supporting industries in growth and innovation. Previously, Mourad held positions such as Area Manager at Redwave and Manager of Engineering at Aditech Engineering, showcasing a strong foundation in operational and strategic management.
