Currently serving as the D&W Integrity and Intervention Manager at Vår Energi, they have a wealth of experience in various roles at ConocoPhillips, including Director Wells Excellence, Director Wells Innovation & Technology, and Director Wells Solutions Development. Birgit has a strong passion for leadership and management in the field of Well Integrity and has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Well Integrity from the University of Stavanger.
