Einar Risnes

Einar Risnes is a seasoned electrical engineer and technical consultant with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in electro and instrument drilling equipment. Currently serving as a Construction Field Engineer at Vår Energi since October 2021, Einar also founded Epitech.no, providing worldwide consulting services. Previous roles include Electrical Engineer and Commissioning System Electrical Engineer at Equinor, where responsibilities included managing electrical systems on major projects such as the Heidrun Oilfield and Johan Sverdrup. Einar co-founded WEN Energy AS, focusing on renewable energy and energy storage, and held senior engineering and supervisory roles at Eni Norge and other organizations.
