Pål Haremo has 34 years of experience in the Oil & Energy sector, focusing on exploration, new ventures, and new energy both in Norway and internationally. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Exploration at Equinor and Chief Geologist at Norsk Hydro. Currently, Pål serves as the Global Head of Subsurface New Energy at Neptune Energy and the VP of Subsurface Excellence at Vår Energi, while also being an advisor in subsurface strategies. Pål obtained a PhD in Geology from the University of Oslo and a Cand. Scient in Regional Geology.
