Wajid Sayed

Wajid Sayed is an experienced Information Security Manager with a strong background in risk assessment and vulnerability management. Currently, Wajid is part of the Risk Assessment Team at Vara United, leading the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) team, and contributing to various information security projects. Since August 2015, Wajid has also been on deputation at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities include leading the Vulnerability Assessment Program and managing a team of consultants within the Security Process Engineering Team. Previous roles include Information Security Officer at PayTabs, focusing on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and PCI DSS compliance, and a Senior Consultant at NeteSys Technologies, assisting with PCI DSS implementation and vulnerability assessments. Wajid's career began at Sify, where leadership was demonstrated as a team lead from 2000 to 2007. Education was pursued at Fatima Devi English High School and Mumbai University.
