Samreen Fatma

Samreen Fatma is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across innovative startups. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Varaha, a global climate tech startup, Samreen specializes in nature-based solutions and has a proven track record in scaling projects to benefit smallholder land stewards. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager at Xindus, the focus was on developing a comprehensive logistics platform for SMEs. Prior roles include overseeing recruitment and onboarding at Varaha and FarMart AgriTech, managing talent acquisition processes, and enhancing employee satisfaction at ET Now Swadesh. Samreen holds an MBA in HR and Corporate Management from the University of Lucknow and a BCom from Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University.
