Sean Hayman

Sean Hayman has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sean began their career as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of New Brunswick in 2005. In 2013, they joined CarbonCure Technologies as a Research and Innovation Engineer for a short period. Later that year, they moved on to Varcon Inc., where they held multiple positions over the years. Sean started as a Structural Associate and Project Manager, then worked as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager. Sean then became the Assistant Director of Engineering and eventually the Director of Engineering. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President Operations and recently became a Co-Owner and the Chief Operating Officer of Varcon Inc.

Sean Hayman completed their education in Civil Engineering. Sean obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2008, followed by a Master's degree from the same institution in 2010. Sean Hayman further pursued their academic journey and acquired a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick in 2014. In addition to their educational background, Sean also obtained several certifications, including a P.Eng from PEGNL in 2015, a P.Eng. from PEO - Professional Engineers Ontario in 2015, and a P. Eng from APEGNB in 2014.
