Dan Czerwonka serves as General Counsel at Varda Space Industries, focusing on innovative space production. Concurrently, Dan is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at Zipline International Inc. as Global Operations & New Deployments and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs, where leadership facilitated the integration of drone delivery systems into national airspaces. Dan’s career commenced in the legal field with positions at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and Buchalter, among others, specializing in transactional law, regulatory affairs, and defense contracting. Dan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD/MBA from Syracuse University College of Law, along with a BA in Political Science from Xavier University.
