Erick Prather is the President of EPICC LLC, where they have focused on construction management and supervision since 2017. They have also taken on roles as a Senior Superintendent at Vardaman Construction, LLC since 2024 and as a Project Superintendent at Snyder Construction Group in 2023. Prior to these positions, Erick served as a Superintendent at ARCO/Murray from 2023 to 2024. They studied Criminal Justice/Police Science at the College of the Canyons in the early 1990s.
