Raphael Danilo

Raphael Danilo is the General Manager at Gong, where they build and scale AI products, focusing on the Engage and Orchestrate product lines. They co-founded and serve as a General Partner at Darkmode Ventures, an investment fund dedicated to infra/dev tools and AI SaaS startups. Previously, Raphael was the CEO and co-founder of Yobs, an AI recruiting co-pilot that was acquired by Gong, and they experienced the challenges of startup life from its inception in a university dorm. Additionally, they have served as a scout for Upfront Ventures and hold advisory roles in various organizations, demonstrating their commitment to supporting early-stage startups. Raphael has pursued extensive educational endeavors across multiple global institutions.
