Christopher Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christopher began their career in 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer at Visionary Products Inc., where they worked until 2001. Following that, they joined Cyberkinetics Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, a role they held until 2005. Christopher then returned to Visionary Products Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer for two years.
In 2006, Christopher founded their own company, Qualicient LLC, where they served as President/Founder until present. Alongside their entrepreneurial venture, Christopher also worked at Ripple LLC, starting in 2006. At Ripple LLC, Christopher held multiple roles, including Senior Bioengineer, Director of Engineering, and ultimately, VP of Operations. Christopher was responsible for providing neurophysiology data acquisition systems, stimulators, and electrodes for research.
In 2018, Christopher joined Varex Imaging Corporation as a Program Manager. Christopher oversees the design, development, and production transfer activities for flat panel detector new product introductions (NPIs). Christopher collaborates with a global cross-functional team to ensure project completion within the designated timelines and budget.
Throughout their career, Christopher has showcased their expertise in engineering, project management, and leadership roles.
Christopher Smith attended Utah State University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Engineering. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Utah, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
